By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AsoolTech. Please read them carefully before using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications (if provided)
- Platform announcements
- Updated "Last modified" date
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Service Description
The Consultations App is a digital platform that connects job seekers with professional HR specialists for mock interview training sessions conducted via video calls.
2.1 Platform Services
Our platform provides:
- Trainer Marketplace: Browse and select qualified HR professionals
- Session Booking: Schedule mock interview sessions at your convenience
- Video Consultations: Conduct training sessions via Zoom integration
- Evaluation Reports: Receive detailed feedback and improvement recommendations
- Payment Processing: Secure payment handling and wallet system
- Progress Tracking: Monitor your interview skill development
2.2 Service Availability
- Geographic Scope: Currently available in Saudi Arabia
- Languages: Arabic and English support
- Session Durations: 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions
- Platform Access: Mobile app and web browser
2.3 Service Limitations
Our services do not include:
- Job placement guarantees
- Interview success guarantees
- Career counseling beyond interview preparation
- Recording of training sessions (unless explicitly agreed)
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have access to a valid phone number for verification
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Account Registration
Account creation requires:
- Phone Verification: Valid phone number with OTP verification
- Personal Information: First name, last name, and optional profile picture
- Professional Details: Specialization and career objectives (optional)
- Resume Upload: CV in PDF format (optional)
3.3 Account Restrictions
- One account per phone number
- No sharing of account credentials
- No creation of fake or misleading profiles
- Immediate termination for fraudulent activities
Guest Access: Visitors can browse services and trainer profiles but cannot book sessions without creating an account.
4. User Account Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP codes
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using your account only for legitimate purposes
- Keeping your phone number and profile information current
4.2 Profile Accuracy
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Update your profile when information changes
- Upload only your own resume and documents
- Use appropriate and professional profile pictures
4.3 Communication Preferences
You can manage:
- Notification settings (push notifications, SMS)
- Language preferences (Arabic/English)
- Session reminder preferences
- Marketing communication opt-out
4.4 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion:
- Access to the platform will be immediately revoked
- Personal data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Session history and evaluation reports will be lost
- Pending transactions may still be processed
5. Trainer Terms and Conditions
5.1 Trainer Qualifications
To become a trainer, you must:
- Have relevant HR or recruitment experience
- Provide valid professional certificates and qualifications
- Submit identity verification documents
- Undergo our approval process
- Maintain professional standards at all times
5.2 Trainer Responsibilities
As a trainer, you agree to:
- Punctuality: Join sessions on time and confirm attendance
- Professionalism: Maintain appropriate conduct during sessions
- Quality Service: Provide constructive feedback and evaluation reports
- Availability: Keep your calendar updated and honor bookings
- Confidentiality: Protect user information and session content
5.3 Trainer Pricing
- Set your own pricing for different session durations
- Prices must be reasonable and competitive
- Platform commission will be automatically deducted
- Pricing changes take effect for new bookings
5.4 Trainer Cancellation Policy
- Cancel sessions at least 12 hours in advance
- Provide valid reasons for cancellations
- Multiple consecutive cancellations may result in suspension
- Users receive automatic refunds for trainer cancellations
5.5 Performance Standards
Trainers must maintain:
- High session completion rates
- Positive user ratings and feedback
- Timely submission of evaluation reports
- Professional communication standards
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Local Payment: MADA (Saudi Arabia)
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Tabby, Tamara
- Wallet Balance: Pre-loaded platform wallet
6.2 Pricing and Fees
- Session Fees: Set by individual trainers
- Platform Commission: Deducted from trainer earnings
- VAT: Applied as required by Saudi Arabian law
- Payment Processing: No additional fees for users
6.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed immediately upon booking confirmation
- All transactions are secured through encrypted payment gateways
- Failed payments will cancel the booking automatically
- You will receive transaction confirmations via app notifications
6.4 Wallet System
Our digital wallet allows you to:
- Store Funds: Pre-load money for quick payments
- Receive Refunds: Automatic refund processing
- Track Transactions: Complete transaction history
- Withdraw Funds: Transfer refunded amounts to bank account
6.5 Refund Policy
- User Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled within allowed timeframe
- Trainer Cancellations: Automatic full refund to wallet
- Technical Issues: Refund if session cannot be completed
- Late Cancellations: No refund for cancellations after deadline
- No-Shows: No refund if user fails to attend session
Important: Refunds are processed to your platform wallet. Withdrawals to bank accounts are available for refunded amounts only.
7. Booking and Session Policy
7.1 Booking Process
To book a session:
- Select a qualified trainer from our platform
- Choose available date and time slot
- Select session duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
- Upload resume and set session goals (optional)
- Complete payment to confirm booking
- Receive booking confirmation and session details
7.2 Session Confirmation
- Both parties must confirm session start within specified timeframe
- Sessions auto-cancel if either party fails to confirm
- Zoom links are provided 1 hour before session start
- Technical support is available during sessions
7.3 Rescheduling Policy
- Allowed Timeframe: Reschedule up to 12 hours before session
- Process: Select new date/time from trainer's availability
- Limitations: Subject to trainer's calendar availability
- No Additional Fees: Free rescheduling within allowed timeframe
7.4 Cancellation Policy
- User Cancellations: Must provide cancellation reason
- Trainer Cancellations: Must notify users with reason
- Emergency Cancellations: Handled case-by-case
- Repeated Cancellations: May result in account restrictions
7.5 Session Conduct
During sessions, all participants must:
- Maintain professional behavior and language
- Use appropriate video backgrounds and attire
- Focus on interview preparation objectives
- Respect session time limits
- Follow platform community guidelines
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
8.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for:
- Interview preparation and skill development
- Professional development activities
- Legitimate educational purposes
- Networking with qualified trainers
8.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Misuse the Platform: Use for purposes other than interview preparation
- Fraudulent Activity: Provide false information or engage in payment fraud
- Harassment: Engage in inappropriate behavior toward trainers or users
- Spam or Solicitation: Send unsolicited messages or promotional content
- Technical Abuse: Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
- Intellectual Property Violations: Upload copyrighted content without permission
- Impersonation: Pretend to be another person or entity
8.3 Content Guidelines
All content shared on the platform must be:
- Appropriate: Professional and suitable for business context
- Truthful: Accurate and not misleading
- Legal: Compliant with applicable laws
- Respectful: Free from discriminatory or offensive material
8.4 Reporting Violations
Report inappropriate behavior or content through:
- Contact Us form in the app
- Direct email to our support team
- Session rating and review system
8.5 Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in:
- Warnings: First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
- Account Termination: Serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Criminal or severely harmful activities
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Platform Ownership
AsoolTech owns all rights to:
- The Consultations App platform and software
- Platform design, features, and functionality
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Platform-generated content and analytics
9.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including:
- Resume and CV documents
- Profile information and photos
- Session goals and preferences
- Reviews and ratings you provide
9.3 License to Use Content
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and display your content on the platform
- Share relevant information with selected trainers
- Use anonymized data for platform improvement
- Backup and protect your content
9.4 Trainer-Generated Content
Evaluation reports and feedback created by trainers:
- Are provided to you for personal use
- May be downloaded and shared by you
- Remain part of your session record
- May be used for platform quality improvement (anonymized)
9.5 Copyright Protection
We respect intellectual property rights and will:
- Remove infringing content when notified
- Investigate copyright violation reports
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
- Cooperate with copyright owners

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Disclaimer
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including:

- Trainer Quality: While vetted, trainer performance may vary
- Technical Issues: Platform availability and performance
- Content Accuracy: User-generated content accuracy
10.2 Platform Availability
We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted service
- Compatibility with all devices
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- Zoom Services: Video platform performance and policies
- Payment Processors: Payment gateway issues or policies
- Internet Connectivity: User's internet service quality
- Device Performance: User's hardware or software issues
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsoolTech's liability is limited to:
- The amount paid for the specific service that caused damages
- Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
- Claims made within one year of the incident
10.5 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your own interview performance and outcomes
- Implementing feedback and recommendations
- Technical preparation for sessions
- Professional development decisions
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. These disclaimers may not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Account Termination
11.1 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in Settings
- Contacting our support team
- Following account closure procedures
11.2 Involuntary Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for:
- Terms Violations: Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent Activity: Payment fraud or false information
- Inappropriate Conduct: Harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behavior
- Repeated Cancellations: Pattern of unreliable booking behavior
- Legal Requirements: Court orders or regulatory demands
11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon account termination:
- Immediate: Access to platform services is revoked
- Data Deletion: Personal data removed per Privacy Policy
- Pending Sessions: May be cancelled with appropriate refunds
- Outstanding Payments: Will be processed according to our policies
11.4 Trainer Termination
Additional provisions for trainer accounts:
- Performance Issues: Consistently poor ratings or feedback
- Professional Standards: Failure to maintain required qualifications
- Reliability: Excessive cancellations or no-shows
- Payment Issues: Problems with earnings withdrawal or tax compliance
11.5 Post-Termination
After termination:
- These Terms continue to apply to past transactions
- Outstanding legal obligations remain in effect
- Data retention follows our Privacy Policy
- Re-registration may be restricted
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by:
- Jurisdiction: Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Language: Arabic version prevails in case of conflicts
- Courts: Saudi Arabian courts have exclusive jurisdiction
- Compliance: All applicable local and international laws
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
